Free cancellation
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your pickup time.
Late cancellation
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may be charged up to 50% of the fare. Cancellations once the driver has been dispatched may be charged in full.
No shows
If the passenger cannot be found and does not answer calls after the free waiting time, the booking will be treated as a no show and charged in full.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. They usually arrive within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
