Bookings
A booking is confirmed once you receive a booking reference by email. Please check all journey details carefully and contact us straight away if anything is wrong.
Prices
Prices are fixed at the time of booking and include the route, vehicle and any extras shown in your price breakdown. Extra stops, changes to the route or waiting time beyond the free allowance may be charged.
Waiting time
Airport pickups include 45 minutes of free waiting from the actual landing time. Other pickups include 10 minutes. Further waiting may be charged at our standard rate.
Passengers and luggage
The number of passengers and luggage must not exceed the vehicle chosen. The driver may refuse a journey that is unsafe or overloaded.
Conduct
Smoking, vaping and abusive behaviour are not permitted. A cleaning charge may apply if a vehicle is soiled.
Liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures or other events outside our control, or for items left in the vehicle.
